Reservations
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of the conference attendees. The Group Rate will be offered from July 12, 2024, to July 19, 2024, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation.
Hotel Rates
Single/Double: $199 USD/per night
To confirm a sleeping room within the Room Block, the sleeping rooms must be secured with a valid credit card along with a two (2) night’s deposit, refundable up to 14 days in advance of arrival. Guest credit cards used to secure the room deposit will be charged immediately.
These rates are exclusive of a room rate levy fee, currently $9.63/per room/night and applicable state and local sales/room taxes, fees, and assessments. Includes complimentary in-room wifi internet.
In the Country of Barbados, currently the value added tax on accommodation is 10%. For all other services including food and beverage the value added tax is 17.5%.
